NWOT! Temperly London Navy Peplum dress size 4

New w/o tag. This classy and beautiful Navy Peplum dress is fully lined with silk. It's got a zip up detail in the front in goldtone. It's two inches above my knee. I'm 5 ft tall. This is just too big for me, otherwise, won't be selling it. It was retailed for $1395. The quality on this dress is empecable.
