NWOT Tennessee Orange Bright 3/4 Sleeve 3XL Tunic

Mom bought me this garment online for a University of Texas event, but it's a bright orange, better for University of Tennessee. It fits well as a 3X (possibly 4X and definitely 2X with some room) but no tags. There's a lace layer that runs at bottom of waste, and buttons at bottom front of garment. Measurements 25'' from bottom of bust to bottom of garment, shoulder seam to bottom 32 inches and 33.5'' back seam neck to bottom. Waist measures 50 inches and has some stretch.
