NWOT Thanksgiving Dress for girls NEW...size 6 RUNS SMALL

Brand new Boutique Thanksgiving dress. I just bought this off PM, and it's way too small. It's a size XL and was listed as a 6, and it's definitely more like a 4/5. that's why I put it as a size 4 NOT a 6. Runs super short also if it's to be worn as a dress. Elastic neckline. Measurements included. It's boutique, so it does NOT come with tags. Brand new!!! Sad to reposh it because it's absolutely adorable. Length from top to bottom is 21.5" Pit to pit 12.5 pit to the bottom 15"
