NWOT Tian Qi Angelic White Lace Mini Dress Sz S (juniors)

Tian Qi is an Asian designer who made this Beautiful White Lace Mini Dress that has never been worn only tried on. These photos do not do it justice! Marked Sz L but that is Asian sizing it is actually a Sz S (juniors) USA Cap sleeves and Straight shape with slight flare toward bottom (no stretch to material) Crocheted Lace over a Sheer Silky slip (need to wear white under or add a full slip, see pic). The inner slip is 1" shorter than the outer lace.
