NWOT Tian Qi Gorgeous Black Lace Mini Dress Sz S (juniors)

Tian Qi is an Asian designer who made this Beautiful Black Lace Mini Dress that has never been worn only tried on. These photos do not do it justice as it is breathtaking in person. Marked Sz L but that is Asian sizing it is actually a Sz S (juniors) USA Cap sleeves and Straight shape with slight flare toward bottom (no stretch to material) Crocheted Lace over a Sheer Silky slip (need to wear black under or add a full slip, see pic). The inner slip is 1" shorter than the outer lace. Small dangling pom poms adorn the neckline and cap sleeves 10" round high neck 16" shoulder-shoulder 17" pit-pit 16" waist 17" hip 18.5" bottom 29" long Also check my closet for the twin to this Mini in White Lace.
