This 100% waterproof jacket is marked L, but this jacket fits me perfectly and I wear a women’s small/medium. Here are measurements: 21” pit to pit. Length: 26 1/2”. Arm length: 29” from shoulder. It is 100% polyester. Has a smooth, very durable feel to it and would be great for fishing, hiking and sporting events! Great looking jacket!
