NWOT Tie Dye Romper

NWOT super cute blue and white tie dye romper size small. Surplice/wrap front, smock baby doll waist area, and tie in back. Very pretty and has a small hole at the shoulder that is easily fixable. Sadly this must have happened in the store as I’ve never worn it, and did not notice when purchasing. The price reflects this very easily fixable flaw
