NWOT Tommy Hilfiger Dress - never worn

Navy dress with gold details, V neck but with fabric (see photo) and faux pocket tabs. Front bust darts. Back zipper. Measures 38 inches from shoulder to hem, 21 inches across at bust and 22 inches at hips. Sleeves measure 7 1/2 inches from shoulder to hem. I accept reasonable offers and bundles, nonsmoking home, and I strive to ship promptly.
