NWOT Topshop chic black dress size 4

Chic black sleeveless bodycon black dress with bejeweled attached belt. New without tags. I bought it and took the tags off but didn’t end up wearing it. Zips up the back. Keyhole slit in front. Marked size 4, but it fits a little more like a zero. Check measurements. Bust-30-32” Waist- 25” Hips- 36” Length- 42”
