NWOT Torrid Dress

Washable gauze material. Neon green and white are the colors. Ruffles at the shoulder area as pictured. Elastic waist. Keyhole closure on the neck that closes with a button. Lining underneath that is a silk like material, but not through the arms. V-neck. It does have pockets. Please see all pictures and ask any questions before purchasing.
