NWOT Torrid distressed Fender tee size 1 (Runs very large, it’s more like a 3x)

Love this super cute, distressed Fender tee by Torrid, but, never got to wear it. It’s NWOT but has been washed. It’s a size 1 but runs quite large, fits more like a 3 (ptp about 28in).
