NWOT Tove Ceres Midi Dress with Waist Cinching Pleats

French Size 40 (US 8) unworn mid blue midi dress. New without tags. It's 100% organic cotton. Currently available on the Tove website, for $741. Chic, universally flattering and a modest length that works for any season. The blue is between a royal and a navy - sort of a dusky navy. It has a generous fit on the bust given its entirely adjustable and can be cinched at the waist and tied in two places across the chest. It's absolutely gorgeous but slightly too long on my petite frame and deserves to be worn.
