NWOT, tunic/dress. Size small. 32” in length, 14” shoulder to shoulder, 16” from armpit to armpit. 100% cotton. Bought at a boutique and never wore it. It has a tie at the waist that can be tied in the front or back. Snaps down the front along with snap details on the front pockets and on the sleeves! Super cute! Reasonable offers accepted!
