NWOT Turquoise skirt

NWOT. Turquoise. Flowy. Never worn. Bought to wear with top pictured (also never worn) but as you can see, it is a little too tight on me. Showpo. Size 6 AU, equivalent to US size 00. I am more of a 0. I would say it fits a 23-24” waist. I’m more of a 25”.
