xjhawkr Then obviously the DOD or the Air Force has farmed out to cheap. I was Navy, a long time back ... everything issued was stamped, as was all of my son's USMC gear.

gnomme @xjhawkr likewise, I’m going through boxes and years of military items that I no longer need or want and this was just one of those items that was never used during a deployment. I was surprised when I posted it that there were no tags, but was still in plastic wrap from when issued.

xjhawkr I picked up one yesterday at an Army surplus store in Cedar Rapids Iowa for $38. ACU camo, not my favorite, but these ponchos are very hard to find, at a fair price. Good luck to you and keep Poshing!
