NWOT Uniqlo Skirt Size XS

Brand new, never been worn Uniqlo skirt in pristine condition. Saw it in a blogger’s picture (first one attached) and fall in love with it without realizing that it does not fit my style:) Shell: 54% cotton, 43% polyester, 3% spandex Lining: 100% polyester XS waist 24-25 inch. It is elastic I am 26 and can make it work as well.
