NWOT- Unique, Beautiful Summer Top

This is a brand new tunic that I bought at a boutique recently. The color contrast is so different and bold. It's black and the other color is a mixture of purple and royal blue. The neckline is very unique showing hem on one side and not on the other. The length from neckline to bottom is 28 inches, shoulder opening is 10 inches, back cutout is 10 inches. It's too tight for me in chest, so I am unable to wear it, but I removed the tags.
