NWOT Urban Outfitters Plaid Skirt

I bought this from Urban Outfitters about a year ago and only briefly wore it one time. It’s in perfect condition (other than being a tad wrinkled and one or two pieces of thread being loose around the tag) and would be the perfect edition to any closet. It would fit either a S or XS best, as the waistline is not elastic, but rather has a zipper closure. Let me know if you have any questions!
