NWOT Velvet by Graham & Spencer Dress (w/flaws)

This fitted sleeveless dress was never worn, was just recently washed & hung to dry, hence the wrinkles. It’s double layered, but lightweight. While photographing it I noticed a few imperfections (a small one on the left front (pics 3-4) and a bigger one running along the back of the top left side (pics 7-9). Not sure what caused them but they look like the fabric is thinner in these spots. Shoulder to bottom 35 1/2 in Waist 28 in circumference Bust 30 in circumference 93% cotton 7% spandex
