NWOT Vintage Handmade v-neck blue wrap top

This top was handmade in Indonesia and is a one of a kind item. It was once sold in a boutique in the early 90’s and I received the overstock. This is new without tags. Previous boutique tag is not attached nor included. No size tag and has an adjustable fit due to wrap design.
