NWOT? Vintage Pao Yuen Sweater | Rabbit Fur, Fabric & Whip Stitch Embellishments

I am unable to locate any real signs of wear. I believe this was hand sewn based on the inside (photo included). Real rabbit fur (I am assuming rabbit). Gathering at shoulder and cuffs. Zipper and two hook-and-eye closures on back. Custom built-in shoulder pads (thin). Tag reflects size “8”, but I have listed it as an XS based on visual and measurements.
