NWOT Vintage adjustable stretch waist wrap mid length skirt new old stock 90’s

This skirt is a new, old stock item from a boutique in the 90’s. Features a wrap design with two sets of buttons for an adjustable fit. Prior boutique tag not attached nor included. No size tag, measures 13/13.5in across waist depending on buttons used and also has an elastic back to waist- stretches to about 15.5in, 17in across hips and is 22in in length.
