White / Black Striped Skirt This skirt is very versatile. It can be dressed up with heels or boots, or worn with sneakers or flip flops. It's asymmetrical (longer in the back than the front). It has a bit of a faux wrap design. 83% Cotton, 17% Poly blend Size: XS (fit and measurements make it more of a small; see measurements below); it also has a stretch waist. Measurements: Waist -- 13.5" lay flat (27" total) (stretch waist) Length -- approx. 38" in the back (longest length) For me (I'm short), it was like a maxi skirt.
