NWOT White House Black Market Maxi Strap Dress

This maxi halter dress from a White House Black Market has cool multi blue stripes. It is lined from top to about mini skirt length. It has never been worn but I did wash it because there was a small makeup mark that I didn’t notice until I got home. It runs large for an XXS. I just decided I’m not comfortable in spaghetti straps.
