These are NWOT, I've had them a year or two but they've never been worn. They're winter white, wide leg trouser style corduroy pants. They have the hook closure and pockets. Look super cute on but they're just a teeny tiny bit shorter than I prefer even though I could still have worn them. Measurements are Waist: 17.5", Rise: 9.5", Inseam: 32", Leg Opening: 11". Sz 15 (Jrs. or about a 12/14 Misses) By Spoon Jeans (from Alloy.com)

Are the measurements for the pants laying flat? 17.5" is really for 35" waist? Also to confirm, they do have some stretch to them? Thanks
