NWOT Willow & Clay Bow Patterned Dress sz Small in black & cream 👍 Has pleats all over bottom half of dress & elastic waist. Bought years ago from Nordstroms. Didn't notice the button loop at back of neck was torn until I got home. Can be easily fixed. No stains or holes. In excellent New condition 😁 Measurements: Chest = 17 1/2" Waist = 13" Length from shoulders to bottom = 35"
