NWOT Windowpane plaid A line skirt

NWOT. Polyester/rayon/ spandex stretch fabric. Heavyweight fabric for good drape. A well-tailored, beautiful skirt. Back zip. waistband measures 15.25" across and is slightly stretchy. I purchased new from Macy's. Never worn. I would so wear this Fall but waistband does not fit me. Properly stored. Garment is not musty.
