NWOT Women's 90s Y2K Express Stretch Floral Mini Skirt size 1/2 in Purple

This women's Express skirt is NWOT, new without tags. This is an Express stretch style mini skirt in a floral print in the color purple. It is a size 1/2 and has a small side zipper to help with getting on and off. This skirt is literally the epitome of the 90s/2000s. 97% Cotton and 3% Spandex. There are these really cool small polka dots on the skirt as well that throw off a silver-ish sheen as well. You can see that in some photos well!
