Perfect condition - no flaws. 64% Polyester, 31% Rayon, & 5% Spandex. Closes with a discreet zipper in front. Slightly flared leg. All creases are in place. Nice Medium weight fabric. Could be worn in Fall, Winter or Spring. Perfect for work or an evening out. Neutral color. Well made - never worn. These were never hemmed so the length is about 43" from waist to bottom of pants leg. Approx. 11" rise and approx. a 29/30 waist. True to size. Non-smoking home.
