NWOT Women’s small Burgundy dress with flannel collar

New without tags. I purchased it and tried it on, it was slightly too big but I was going to sew it to fit, but life happened and I haven’t had time. Made from Polyester, soft, and comfortable. Long sleeved a line dress with three buttons side and cowl neck. Non smoking home.
