NWOT Wrap Dress

New with out tag, didn't have one, but in original cello bag. Purchased online. Think it is from Shein, but not positive 😕 Never worn, as you can see from my pic it is too small in the chest. For reference I'm 5'2. Brown/ burgundy with cream floral pattern. No zip or clasps. Closure is a tie wrap. Can tie in back or on the side. Sexy high slip in front.
