NWOT- XS Bar III Black Dress

Short sleeved rounded mesh V neck in front and back. Very fitted to waist and circle skirt bottom. Approximately 33" from top of shoulder to bottom. Stretchy material. 92% polyester 8% spandex, dry clean. I removed the tags, but it has never been worn.
