Black Xhilaration button down dress in size XS. Scoop neck with 5 working buttons down the front. Belt loops at waist if you want to pair a belt with it. Sleeves are longer but not quite to elbow. Never worn. Measurements laying flat: 15” from armpit to armpit. 11” at waist (elastic waist, very stretchy). 25” long from scoop neck to hem.
