jasmine_506 Hi! I would say it isn’t. Water doesn’t seem to penetrate it easily (just posted a pic with having dropped water on it) so maybe just very slightly but in heavy rain I would think it’d get pretty wet.

patsycan2 @jasmine_506 I would say it is waterproof I have two of these I have a blue one and a pink one and they are waterproof I wear it as my rain jacket. A raincoat whatever you wanna call it. It also kept me very warm from the wind breaking through I wore it in Europe on my two week vacation last winter.
