New without tags and never worn. Has defects - small discoloration in inside left near zipper and 1.5” “L” shaped cut out of right side by waist cinch. Please see past pics. Comes with extra button. Lined with super soft and cozy lining which can be removed for warmer months. Measurements laying flat are 26” length, 19” armpit to armpit.
