NWOT a.n.a Off The Shoulder Maxi Dress

Beautiful off the should maxi dress has an elastic waist and collar. Both have embroidery. It has slits on either side and an attached skirt slip that goes to mid thigh. The dress is light weight. The outside is 100% rayon and the lining is rayon and polyester. It is navy blue with lavendar and burnt orange flowers. Definitely a must have!! Length of the dress is 53"
