NWOT bandage mini dress

NEVER WORN! This dress is soo cute on! It runs sooo small. It is marked a large but fits like a 4. Bust: 15 but VERY stretchy waist: 14 hips: 16 Length: side under arm pit 28.5 Fabric is cotton and spandex. Thick not see-through at all!
