NWOT button up blouse womens plus size black floral embroidered

NWOT (never worn) button up plus size blouse. Black with a floral pattern insert and lovely embroidery on the sleeves. This item is unworn, however there is a small hole in the front near the topmost button (please see photo). Has shoulder pads which could easily be removed. Bin 4, cross posted
