NWOT deep blue dress from London Times

I am selling a beautiful dress from London Times. I've owned it for about a year but have never had the opportunity to wear it. The colors of the dress are gorgeous- the colors are blue, black and white. The material is a stretchy, jersey material and the neckline is an open V. It's really flattering!
