NWOT drapey dark red dress

Beautiful drapey, flowy dress. Flowy skirt great for dancing. High waist. Fabric drapes and crosses across bust. Would be great for dancing! I bought it NWT for a trip; by the time I went on the trip, it didn’t fit anymore, so it’s never been worn. The color is a dark red, kind of like cranberries.
