NWOT dressy romper with pocketed

Reposhing this item I purchased from @monicadehart. It has zip up pockets!!! I love this romper but it’s just a little too short torso wise for me to make it work. Elastic at waist, below measurement is without any stretch. Waist to hem: 13” Shoulder to waist: 19” Pit to pit: 24” Waist: 15” Questions? Leave a comment below!
