NWOT fabulous hand beaded PARROT = SWAROVSKY flora

I LOVE THIS HEADBAND! handbeaded for NEIMAN MARCUS, this may be the only one made, i'm not sure, but it sure is unique! 2.5" hand beaded parrot with huge bushy tail that can be flaired or flattened perched beneath an enormous SWAROVSKY CRYSTAL flower who's green crystal stem and leaves climb from the opposite side of the headband. headband is wrapped in floral print cotton fabric RETAIL $60
