NWOT floral skirt

Brand new, never worn. Form fitting floral skirt. Silky soft and flowy. Slip liner built in. Elastic waist. Purchased from a local boutique that carries a clothing size system that is 1, 2, and 3. I believe this is a size 2 which is about medium. I was an 8 when I purchased and it was snug, but would’ve fit great if I would’ve lost the 10 lbs I planned to lose instead of gaining them. 😂 I think this will fit a 4 or 6 well. !!Check the measurements in the pics!!
