NWOT floral skirt

New without tags, bought from the Victoria's Secret website in 2020. Due to the covid shut downs, the one VS store in my town closed permanently! Silky texture, shiny polyester. The skirt has no stretch other than the waistband. That's why it doesn't fit me, hips too wide ☹️ Approximate dimensions, laying flat: From top to bottom 31" Waist 13"
