NWOT long sleeve plaid tunic top - large

NWOT, ordered as a final sale and it was too big. Size medium but runs big. Would best fit someone who wears a LARGE so I will label it as that (model in pic is size 0 wearing a small). Silky material on top half. Soft flannel like material on plaid. 95% polyester, 5% spandex Says hand wash but I'd turn it inside out and wash on cold.
