NWOT neon tunic/dress

NWOT! Florescent mini dress or tunic top, tie dyed in shades of blue, pink and yellow. Size small but would also fit medium. It was listed as a dress online - Its more of a tunic in my opinion. 29 inches long seem to seem. 15 and half inches across under the armpits. 20 across around the belly botton or lower. 23 and half at botton. Beautiful, only selling because I prefer longer length. Smoke/pet free environment. Bundle and save.
