NWOT (never used) Medium size Dog winter plaid design puffy style jacket/vest

Medium St. John’s Bark brand NWOT (but never used) Dog winter plaid design puffy style jacket/vest. It has 2 velcro straps that go down around under their belly and the other straps down around their neck. It has a leash slot hole on the back of the neck of it. The collar around the neck can either be folded down and held with velcro or you can undo the velcro and flip it up (neck warmer style)
