Listing is for a two-piece dress the top is a black and white crop top. The bottom is a organza long stretch waist skirt. The tag on the shirt says that it is a size large but it actually fits more towards a size medium or a 6 to 8. The skirt has a stretchy band waist and is meant to be worn empire style just underneath your bust over the crop top. The bottom skirt is black and organza material. I am taking the price down because the sewing on the neck of the crop top is not quality
