NWOT off the shoulder floral dress. It is brand new. Purchased from a posher selling boutique items. The caged design shows your mid section. It is a size small, but I think someone who is a medium would look better in it. Just as a reference: I’m 5’4 and at that moment I was 148 lbs and looked big on me. 9 lbs down and it really hangs on me.
