NWOT 🛍 off-shoulder dress

Coral color off-the-shoulder dress, with the option of removable straps. Detailed stitching in the same coral color in thin vertical stripes. Bell-bottom sleeves and a ruffle across the top. The top has sewn in elastic to hold the dress up without straps. Iron before wearing, air dry only. New, and never worn. Excellent condition, no flaws. Smoke and pet free home.
